I get:

You'll want to take that profile and make it public so we can view it here.

Thanks!

The image uploaded there is an ".mjpeg" file, which is a "motion" JPEG - that's not something Jamroom supports. How did you upload it?

Thanks!

hello

I didn't upload it,

I saw the audio module have the support to read the meta data and art from mp3 so the first time I use the upload tool on profile audio tab.
that got fixed by changing some code in audio module template

you can read the first issue here.

https://www.jamroom.net/the-jamroom-network/forum/my_posts/33169/issue-with-audio-module
-----------

Then i when and try the import tool on audio module, i upload the mp3 to a folder via ftp and try the import tool,
was done with the transferring, I when i found the the second image out of proportion bug, from the song i just transferred using the import tool

Then I wanted to try the playlist module and found the other image out of proportion bug,

so my guessing is when audio extract the art from mp3 it dont resize the image to the right size, for each part of the website.

I'm not seeing any issues with the image here - it's uploaded and resizing correctly (see my screenshots). Have you customized your templates?

I'm not able to replicate this here, and I am thinking this has been fixed as part of the Audio Player work Douglas has done for Jamroom 5.3. If you can update to 5.3:

https://www.jamroom.net/the-jamroom-network/forum/announcements/34760/jamroom-53-beta-kickoff

and the new Audio and Video modules, let me know if you still see an issue.

Thanks!

I think there needs to be a check in the latest Audio, Playlist and Video templates to see if the skin has the player config settings and if not default to one of the original players.

I'll look into that.

I've got the Marketplace updated with a fix for the player not showing up. If you can, update the Audio, Playlist and Video modules and let us know if that fixes it for you.

Thanks!

This should be fixed now.

Go to your ACP > Core > Marketplace > Tools > Reload Skins and Modules and click the Reload button for the Audio, Playlist and Video modules. Then go to ACP > System Tools > Integrity Check and run that, then go to ACP > System Tools > Reset Cache and run that.

The issue here is that your skin (jrFlashback) needs to be updated in the Marketplace as it has a new skin config setting to allow you to choose which player you want to use on your site. If that setting isn't available the player type wasn't getting set because there wasn't a check in the template to see if the setting was set or not.

The Skins will be getting updated soon so they'll all have the skin config settings needed for the new players. However... if you cloned a skin, then the setting wouldn't be added, which is why those module templates needed a check to see if the skin setting is available.

Hope this helps!
