solved Featured Profiles Issue When Logged Out
Using Flashback skin and I have 4 profiles selected to be featured. While I am logged in I see the 4 profiles I have selected but when I log out I only see 2 of the 4 profiles. I attached screenshots.

Try again for the second shot..
Something else I notice is that the Featured profiles I selected are only displayed on the main page. How do I get them to display the same featured profiles on the Community page and all the other pages that list a Featured profile?
Make sure those profiles are not set to "private" or "followers only" for profile privacy.
Also - make sure and update to the latest User profiles module (ACP -> Marketplace -> System Updates) there was a small issue in the latest release that I fixed this morning that might be connected.

Tried that and reset the cache but the issue is still there. Profiles are set to active and visible to everyone.
Now it is working... not sure it it just few minutes to refresh or what..
So any ideas on how to get the featured profiles I have selected to show up on the other 5 pages? Community, Lists, Galleries, Events, Articles?

Its a bug. The variable names are wrong. Should be sorted out shortly, just needs a decision as to which way to jump: change the variable name or the setting name.
