jrVideo Quit Working

The videos I upload to my sites using jrVideo have all started acting messed up-when playing on desktop they are choppy -starting and stopping every second.
If I play them by viewing the site from an iphone device they play correctly
My Server support says there are no errors on their end although they are experiencing the same results
here is their reply..
"I would recommend you try rolling back any changes to the site software that were made since the videos last worked on your sites; without any kind of error being presented, and with the problem being browser-dependent, there's not really anything else we can suggest except to seek support from the developer of the software you're using."

Here is a link to a video experiencing the problem
http://sayreeagles.net/eagle-sports/uploaded_video/10/star-wars

I have several modules in the admin UI that says I need to purchase them ( I have already purchased them in the past) are they still usable for 3 websites?

I have also looked for an update "rollback" for the jrvideo module but not finding one..

Any ideas on how to make jrVideo work correctly here?
Thanks

Have you tried an alternative browser? Have you tried reloading the jrvideo module to rule out something has become corrupted?

Looks like it is trying to stream an MOV file - NOT an FLV. Make sure conversions are enabled and working on your site (Video module global config). Check your Server Check to make sure ffmpeg is working.

Hope this helps!

Maye try re-uploading that video - for some reason that video did not get converted, which is why it plays choppy like that.

How was that video added to your system? Is that being done in a widget? Via an embed?

also forgot to answer: All JR licenses are licensed for 2 sites.

Hope this helps!

I have asked them to check the ffmpeg and explained that the file is trying to stream in MOV and not FLV like it should...waiting to hear back. I have a question though..."how many instances is a license good for?" I was thinking 3 and i dont mind buying another jrVideo ( like a moment ago) because I plan more sites in the future,./..just trying to get back up to speed
And Thanks to Gary- I have considered reloading the jrVideo module...if this does not work

You should be good - as long as you are using your system ID on all 3 sites, you should be able to install the Video Module on all 3.

So that video SHOULD have been converted, so check your Activity Log for any errors.

Hope this helps!

Hmm.. something is not right though. For that last video (id 9) here's the URL I get for the video player:

http://sayreeagles.net/uploaded_video/stream/video_file/9/key=bkUJBvBCNLT2/file.flv

If you download that it comes down as a MOV file - NOT an FLV file.

Go into the data/media/1/1 directory and look for the media FLV file.

Let me know if that helps.

Yeah something is not right - for some reason the original MOV file is being streamed. I can't do it today as I have very limited time, but send me your site login info to support [at] jamroom [dot] net and I can check it out tomorrow.

Thanks!
