Help with Create account page

I have two quotas, "artists" and "Members", on the create account page, on the "account type" field, it shows the "artists" quota by default, I wanted to show the "members" instead, since most people joining are members and using Facebook to signup, most don't select an account type so I have to manually change their quota to members anyway.

Is there as way to do this?

Thank you

Eddy

If you want new joiners to ONLY have the member quota to join up in:
Go to your Modules --> Users --> User Accounts --> Quota config TAB.
Checkmark the "Allow signups" box only for the Members quota, leave that checkmark box EMPTY for all other quotas including for Artist. Save change. Then new signups will not see or get any choice other than Member.
You can of course change them to a different quota later.

If you mean you still want to provide BOTH Artist and Member quota options at signup, but merely want to switch the order they appear in so that Member is at top and showing by default with Artist in the dropdown under it, then the Jamroom Team or someone more knowledgeable than me will need to tell you how. :)

Thank you @strumelia, I do want to have both quotas available to new sign-ups, but want the "Members" one to show by default, since most users joining are just members who are not bothering to choose the right quota.

I'm wondering if by changing the quota id from (1) artists and (2) members to (2) artists and (1) members would make both quotas list correctly, putting the members first (top)?

Try using the Form Designer.
Login as admin and goto yoursite.com/user/signup
Click on the Form Designer button, modify the quota select field setting its default to the member quota ID

Here is a problem I have come across @Paul, after using the "Form Designer" to fix the issue, neither visitors to the site or me (Logged off) can see the "Account Type" option, I have the "Required" checked but I don't see it if I'm logged out, any idea why?

Thanks

Make sure that you have the Display Groups set to 'All Users (including logged out)'.
