Revoming the default site news from index page

No doubt this s a stupid question to most everyone who uses JR, but where do I remove the default "Site News" post that came with JR?

That is an admin blog so when logged in as admin, go to the admin profile page and click on the Blog button near the top. Blogs will be listed along with their update and delete buttons. Click on the delete (trash can) icon.

Thank you Paul, but not an option, the only solutions was to create a new one, thanks anyway, much appreciate it.
