closed Mobile Version Question

I have a question about the mobile responsive format. I have an Iphone. When I look at my site, most modules come up as a whole, which is great. But there a few, where images are involved, that come up image by image, which is awful. For example, my forum and activity feed come up as a complete unit, but my members mod, comes up not as a complete mod, but with each member image full screen. Same thing with my groups. Is there a way to fix this?

OK apparently I have done something a little odd. If you click on the attachment, you will see the member mod that isn't working as a unit. If you click on the download under the attachment, you will see the discussion mod that is working as a unit.

Just to clarify what Perrie is asking, on her 'SiteBuilt' page the widgets are showing blocks of images (see screenshot). On mobile devices these are coming out one on top of the other. This is what is expected with the responsive skin design but I think Perrie wants to maintain the grid structure on mobile devices?

If you force a grid of images like that on a small phone screen, won't it be too tiny to read any of the text associated with the images, or in the images?
It's standard that grids of blocks will shift to being in one scrollable vertical column of blocks...so that what you see will be big enough to read, understand, scroll through, and click on. I would think you wouldn't want miniaturized pages full of stuff that's then too tiny to read. Zooming in to read then makes it harder to navigate up/down/left/right...and feels like looking through a keyhole if you are scrolling around on a grid. Many cell phone screens are about half the size of the newest iPhone screens. Just my humble opinion.

Stumelia,

The first mod is the members and it is really just to see who is most currently online and is much smaller than the forum mod. Also it takes forever to scroll past all those faces, LOL!

The other one is my group one. Again, about the same size as my forum and a whole lot of scrolling to get by it to the activity feed. For my members who have beta tested it with other phones, they would rather have the unit, than do all the scrolling.

@perrie - I've altered the style of those widget boxes on your site so that the grid still shows on mobiles.
Closing thread.
