closed I got my whole website erased.

I got my hole website erased from Arvixe. I did a couple of tickets. At first there was nothing and now they uploaded there under construction page. Sucks big time.

Cpanel shows all files.

They asked me what was there. "Thank you for contacting ARVIXE support team. I have looked into your question/concern. The site is currently not down - i see the arvixe page that states"

Even their 'under construction' page has broken images so I guess something is wrong their end.
Demand that they restore your site from a recent backup.

II recently i did a backup, no later than 30 Oct 15 and is not even there. People there not responding properly. invested lot of time and $. Had to place a temp page for the time been. pist
Im starting to think the site got hacked.

Where is/was your backup? Were you using our Backup module to save things to S3? The site may be restorable from that.
But you do need to keep on at Arvixe - Hopefully they have a recent backup and will be able to restore your site.

Ok, Site is finally up and running again... thanks for listening. Arvixe went threw some server change and upgrade and for some reason jamroom room was having some problem loading,,.. don't know the details.. but Mr. Morales one of the senior technician, got it scared away.

now the hosting having issues againm site down.. is ether one thing or the other..

Sorry to hear that. My own experience: I had nothing but problems while I hosted my site on Arvixe. Arvixe was cheap, but just impossible.
Since moving my site to Jamroom hosted server, no problems at all anymore.
