closed Import problem

We're going live in the next couple of weeks (hopefully !) so I was doing a dress rehearsal for the go live day by doing a fresh import from scratch.

On the Profile forum import it got to 8545/19591 and then stopped updating.

I used 'Inspect Element' and checked the Network for activity and found the following ajax response repeating every second or so :- [{"t":"empty","m":"no results found for key"}]

I tried the Group Discussion import as well but that stopped at 471/20064 but this time there is no ajax response update happening.

That error comes from the "updater" modal window that is open - it's trying to grab the latest results for a specific key (related to the import job) but not finding it, which is NOT normal (it means the table was truncated or emptied while it was working). If the DB was restarted or anything like that it can cause an issue.

I would try re-running it - I believe the importer will pick up where it left off.
