Question about PayPal Buy It Now

I just signed up/purchased to/the VIP Member to be able to get the "PayPal Buy It Now" module, but was wondering if that has to be confirmed/set up by you guys cause I don't see it available in my marketplace.

It should show up there right away - if you refresh your marketplace do you see it? Maybe try clearing caches (although you shouldn't have to) - if that works let me know.
