ATTENTION TO BRIAN FROM JAMROOM.NET URGENT
====================================
Hello Brian,

My name is Remi Jourdan, I am a longtime customer of yours. I am contacting you as we are experiencing some serious difficulties trying to get support from one of your provider called ULTR JAM, which is not responding to our requests despite many many attempts contacting them in the last 30 days. We are currently using one of their module (google map).

We also requested information about two of their modules they developed called UJ-Categories and UJ-Sign-up, which we both need to use in order to make our site functional and hopefully launch. We have been waiting on them to launch and found ourselves way behind schedule not getting any responses.

I am wondering if you could be of any assistance as we do not know what else we could do trying to get hold of the ULTRA JAM prodiver of yours.

Much appreciated your response.

Sincerly,

Remi Jourdan

UltraJam is a third party developer and to contact him you must use his forum or an email address he has provided. The two modules you mention or effectively in beta and problems should be expected.

Steve's last comment on his Category module included this

Quote:
I'm working on other things, but I'm not sure that this needs to be finalised. There isn't enough interest in / need for the module to pay for the work that it would take.

That could indicate that this module is no longer actively being deployed. I got it and decided it was easier to add the categories myself manually.

Thanks Gary. my developer contacted ultra jam using their forum but never got a response from them. How hard was it to manually add the categories and how did it take you? I am looking at alternative from Ultra Jam.

I am just getting back online here after being on the road for quite some time, but I would recommend posting to the Ultrajam forum:

I'm not sure if Steve is around at the moment (I've not heard if he is away or not) but he's usually pretty good about following up.
