Does the modal window open and all modules get reported as updated, but when closing the modal they are still showing as requiring an update?

I just updated our platform ... had about 18 updates pending. I did them one at a time, by design. Didn't notice there was a way to do them all at once. [I usually will check the module after each update, so wouldn't use a feature like that anyway.]

There's an 'Update All' button on the right above the table. I have seen in the past that when clicking that button, all modules get reported as updated but when done and the page refreshes they are still showing as needing an update. I was trying to establish if this is what @izhmel saw happen.

I too have seen this in the past, and have worked on it on and off for a while - the latest marketplace update should take care of this and get it working 99% of the time. The root cause is actually fairly complicated and has to do with how PHP "sees" changes to scripts - there's some tricks we have to do in the marketplace update to trick it into seeing the new versions. Should be working pretty well now though.
