Please take a look, why this happening? Is this problem come up from your coding or mine?

Have you modified any of the modules/jrForum/templates files or are you over riding any of those templates in your skins directory?

You're running old versions of either the Forum, or the Core, or you are using an old custom forum template. Make sure in the "Templates" section for the forum module you do not have any customizations active, or "reset" them so they update to the latest template.

I already update to the latest version using Update All Item button. But it's still appear on my forum. As I know, the latest version for elastic skin is 1.0.1 and I didn't make any customization for forum template.

No I'm not. I just change my footer link on skin section only.

Try running the integrity check and clearing the caches:

You might try clearing your browser cache as well as what Michael has suggested.
