solved Guestbook

Hello
We have a little problem with the guestbook and i think it may be a bug.

The Update Button for the guestbook entry is visible only for the guestbook owner and the admin!
But if the guestbook owner clicks on the button he gets a error message, that he didn´t has the permission to edit the entry. For the admin it works fine!

It would better if the user who has made the entry would be able to edit his entry and the guestbook owner has only the permission to delete the entries.

For the future it would be great if the guestbook owner could answere to every guestbook entry and the user who has made the entry would be notified by email or private message that he got an answere!

Further ?bug report... I have guestbook installed and showing on one of my profile pages.

I left a test message there, and received the following notification by email:

Publish Science Network has just signed your guestbook!

You can view their entry here:

http://my-site.jamroomhosting.com/my-site/guestbook

When I went to that link, the guest book looks empty, and has a note saying "No entries yet - Be the first"

I thought I was first, but the first shall be last... so I seem to be caught inside a biblical injunction with no escape. Please advise.
