solved Default tree and profile???

After installing geonosis, I subscribe and I become master admin.
This is good!

My wife registered on the site, and I defined admin profile.
This is good!

My wife joins me as a spouse.
This is good!

My wife says her father.
This is good!

I added my father.
This is good!

Why my profile is not in the default tree and that of my wife?
My father is not in the tree by default?

Make sure the tree you are adding the users to is the correct one (i.e. the "active" tree). If they HAVE been added to the tree, you can link them up - just click on "new parent" (as an example for the father), then choose the "Link to Existing Person" button and select the Father.

That should create the link up.

Thank you for your answer, but that's exactly what we did

After creating my account, I was not present in the default tree.

My wife was not there. :-(

Only her parent appear

I have written to support my hosting because I feel much problem.
Possible that it comes on red alert during installation.

Ok, now my hosting are setting all in green. but i have same problem.
I dont see me in default tree.
idont see my wife in default tree.

But in pedegree i see all
?
