user tip Terms of Service Page

I want a short TOS page for new users to see as they sign up for the first time. I have the TOS module, but am not sure where to go from here.

How would the drop down menu option in the TOS module see the TOS page or is it more than just a 'page'?

When new users first sign up they could see a link to a pop up page of TOS, but I'd like them to click a box saying they've read/seen them.

This sounds complicated to me... but we always have a troublemaker come along who stirs things up, so it would be a good thing to have.

I can hire someone for this... but would like to make sure I am heading in the right direction and where to put my TOS to at least start the process of this step.

Just a side note on this that might be helpful-
Clay, who recently migrated to JR and built his ChocolateLife site, very kindly told us that we could freely borrow anything useful from his TOS type pages. Might save a bit of time to adapt them to your own site rather than re-inventing the whole wheel. His are here: https://www.thechocolatelife.com/page
