Is there any tools or modules for policing or flagging inappropriate content? For example, how do you prevent people from uploading pornographic images as a profile picture or media image?
I'm would guess we would need a module that allows users to "Flag a innapropriiate" and if a profile/image gets x # of flags, it is made unavailable pending admin review. Then admin would have block/unblock content permanently from control panel.
Is there anything available like this? What other methods are used?
