Trying to read about sitebuilder, all of the documentation pages end up at a Not Found.

For example: https://www.jamroom.net/the-jamroom-network/documentation/site-builder/2652/creating-a-new-page

Some of the pages are set to be admin only pages so they should not show - can you let me know where you found the URLs?

We're just getting started on it here:

I found the Not Founds under Latest Documentation Updates here:

And I just tried the site builder - very cool, very straightforward. So straightforward that I don't think it even needs documentation!
