When search the general index search box, is there a way for search results to include, say, "Bryan F. Baker" when searching for "Bryan Baker"?

It should already work that way - the default search is "OR", so it should find "bryan" AND "baker", with entries specifically as "bryan baker" scoring highest. I see it working here:

https://www.jamroom.net/search/results/all/1/4?search_string=bryan+baker

If an artist name is "Bryan F. Baker" and I search for "Bryan Baker" I get no results.

Make sure you have checked the "enable full text search" option in the ACP -> Listing -> Search -> Global Config section.
