solved button icons changing
I'm seeing an odd behavior on a few sites where the item buttons change. I've seen them change and then go back to what they should be. I'm logged in as master admin. See attachment.

You'll want to reset your icon cache in the Reset Cache section.
Then reset your browser cache.
