Good day, I cant update system core.
The system says error communication with server
Any help ?

You have some sort of firewall blocking your Jamroom from reaching our server - contacting your hosting provider for assistance.

I contacted Arvixe support and they said "We would need further information on those " ports " firewall blocking that they are stating, If they update module require specific ports open for them to occure. Unfortunately this wont be possible under a shared hosting , however - Under a VPS this can be done. Please confirm with them what is the cause of the block ( this they should be able to provide )."
