Hi Guys,
My website is www.silverkamelaudio.com. I have PJ2 with the MP3 store addon. The merchandise in the Goods and CDs section have an Add to Cart button and work just fine. The store in the Artist theme profiles have a Buy Now button which does not work, it fails and tells the buyer go back to the site and choose a different method of payment.
How can I change the Buy Now button to Add to Cart functionality? I have looked at some of the store .tpls and the paypal tpls. A little direction would be appreciated.

I just clicked the buy now buttons on this page...

and didn't see any issues.

Do you have a link to the page that is giving you a problem?

Also, I believe the cart in JR4 is only setup for digital downloads and does not work with store items.

The problem is when the buyer goes to the PayPal form and hits PAY NOW, this is what happens:

sales@silverkamel.com

Return to merchant and try a different payment method

Error Message

This payment cannot be completed and your account has not been charged. Please contact your merchant for more information.


I have tried different goods and 2 different PayPal accounts and the error is the same.

Any ideas?

That almost sounds like a PayPal issue and not something with your website. I'm not seeing any issue however I'm not clicking the pay now button when I get logged into PayPal after clicking the buy now button.

That "error message" I believe is in PayPal - what happens when you click to return to the merchant - does it work?

No. It just returns to the home page of the site as per the PayPal form.

Hi Douglas,
If you do want to see what happens when you hit the PAY NOW button don't worry I will refund the transaction!

P.S On a different tangent and not to open a ticket about it but the license section is only showing me as having 1 license when in fact I have 2, 1 100 license and an Unlimited license.
