How do you remove the Admin photo from the group - since I am creating most of them (at least to start) I prefer not to have my photo show up.

When I am logged in or not when I look at the group I see the Admin photo and whether they are online.
I also see the Profile Stats

I do not want my members to see any of this

Make sure you're using the NingJa skin - that has code in place to hide the profile info when viewing Groups.
