I'm sure this has been addressed somewhere, but with the new foxycart module, does each artists get to use their own paypal address for checkout like in the jamroom 4 cart or does it all have to go through the system's paypal address?

It works the same as in JR4 - the payments go through your account, and then you "payout" the artists on whatever time table you work out.
