When you say doesn't work, do you mean you don't see the items being draggable or that when you save it, the order is not updated?

Thanks!

I've just tested here and on our Demo and it is working - Go to your developer tools in Firefox and click on "Console", then reload the ordering page and see if you see any Javascript errors.

Are you using a custom skin? If so, switch to one of the core supported skins and see if it works - that way we can narrow it down.

Thanks!

MSkin was created by N8Flex and is no longer supported:
https://www.jamroom.net/n8flex

If you'd like to send us an email at support at jamroom.net we can swap you over to our premium skins instead. (The offer was posted on N8Flex's profile for a while but has gone now.)
