Hello!
I have a question to the settings.

If I liked to provide, for example, a song and am in the menu, I have on the right side the question marks where the user can get information / help about the single fields.

He gets this question mark or the help, however, first if he clicks on the question mark.

Can I also determine individually who is question marks always on?

I apologize but I'm not quite sure what you mean - do you mean that you want the HELP section to always show? In other words, they DO NOT have to click on the ? icon to make the help drop down?

If so - you can modify this template:

modules/jrCore/templates/form_field_elements.tpl

and change this:

<div id="h_{$name}" class="form_help" style="display:none">

To this:

<div id="h_{$name}" class="form_help">
