solved Cancelling or Changing Subscriptions

I have a member who just joined under one paid quota, but changed her mind and wants to be in a different (more expensive) paid quota.

How does she cancel her current subscription, so she can subscribe to the new one (and not be subscribed to two at once).

Or does subscribing to one quota automatically cancel a subscription to another?

I found an explanation in the documentation that appears to be outdated, as what's shown in this screenshot (attached) doesn't seem to exist.

Moving from one subscription to another will cancel it - all the user needs to do is click on the "Subscriptions" tab in the Account Settings section, and click "Start Subscription" for the new subscription they want.

Cancelling is the same - they would just "start subscription" on one of your FREE quotas and they would be moved to that quota at the END of their current subscription.

Hope this helps!

Thanks Brian - I guess it works the same on a custom page with subscribe links, as on the subscriptions page - right? I did it the way the document said, so I assume so.

Therefore, I'm going to tell them to just subscribe on the level they want, and that should cancel the old and start the new - automatically. At least, if I am understanding correctly.
