VIP Premium Support

I want to use a month of VIP Premium Support. Is it not an option on top of the regular VIP Member? When I click Start Subscription the billing process does not start.

Yeah - you should be able to upgrade to the VIP Premium Support no problem - are you viewing the subscriptions tab in your Account Settings?

Yup, that's where I'm looking. Also, I don't lose my "VIP Member" subscription.

When you click on it, it should pop open the cart window with the new subscription in it - do you see that? Is it opening the cart at all?

The cart is not opening.

However, if I click the free membership I then get the option to subscribe "Are you sure you want to cancel your current subscription..."

OK weird - I just tried it here and it opens for me. Do you see a small "1" by the cart icon in the header? If you click on the subscribe button, then click on the cart in the header do you see the subscription in it?

I just added some debug to the view - if you could refresh the subscription browser that would be great.

Actually it looks like you should get a popup "prompt" asking you if you want to change your subscription first - do you see that?

No hassle at all! Nothing is in the cart and I've tried it with Opera and Firefox with the same result.

Okay - reload the page again (sorry!) - looks like there was a JS error that was preventing the popup from coming up - let me know if that works now.

Awesome - I saw everything come though on this end, so you should be set :) - thanks for hanging in there while I fixed that.

You should see a new "Support Tickets" section in the "Support" drop down menu at the top where you can open tickets. You can also just send email to support [at] jamroom [dot] net and the system will see you as a VIP Premium Support subscriber and automatically mark your emails as high priority.
