Whenever my members (or myself) put in a custom logo image (in place of the system logo when viewing a profile), it always looks a little funny.

For example: http://social.decorativeconcretekingdom.com/brian-stallter
or here's another one:
http://social.decorativeconcretekingdom.com/josh-owens

Is there a way to adjust it so it looks correct? (I've played around with adjusting the images before uploading but it never seems to help much).

The height and width of the logo is defined in your skin's header.tpl file. If your users upload an image that is NOT the same width/height, it will look skewed. I would recommend letting your users know the width/height that is expected there so they can resize their image (or create a new one) that will fit the proper aspect ratio.

Hope this helps!
