I have been a https://jbservers.net/ Customer for over 6 years now only to come back from my xmas break to find my site www.junglistdownload.com off line and I am struggling to get a responce from them.


Does anyone know what is going : My site was doing well and has taken years to build I had over 100 artists and countless users which I have no backup for so I am getting quite frustrated about this, Could someone from https://jbservers.net/ please get back to me.

JB servers is not related to Jamroom. They were the recommended host for Jamroom 4. They used to be very active in the Jamroom forums, but are not affiliated with Jamroom.

Its a totally different company with different staff. You will have to contact them about the issue.

I do use a JB Servers reseller account personally and all my domains seam to be functioning normally.

I have had no response on a trouble ticket fro over 48 hrs. That is unusual. DJ has always responded promptly. Have you heard anything lately.

I just recently contacted Dj for issues on one of my accounts at JBServers, I believe he is a one man company, so you might try contacting him again or give him a little more time to reply.
