MarketPlace problem

I put the license that is generated on my account to the tools section and while it appears to me that everything is okay, when I go to marketplace, it still asks me for license. I reset the cache and still ask me for license.

This is the first time I use this cms so I'm sorry if the answer is obvious and I don't see it

In the screeshot you see what I see. Does the green light show that my license is valid and that everything is ok? Do I do something wrong?

Welcome to the forums!

Yeah that looks good to me - can you let me know where you are getting prompted for the license? Is it when you try to install something?

Thanks!

I just checked the licensing back end and don't see any licenses (even for free items) under your account - are you able to browse the marketplace?

Thanks!

Yeah that's no problem - it should still setup licenses for you for the free items. Can you let me know where you see the license error at?

Thanks!

Ahh OK (sorry for posting so fast) - if you can't browse the marketplace then it likely means your server is not able to communicate with the jamroom server - are you hosting yourself or with a hosting company? If with a hosting company I would check with them to see if there is any firewall on your server that would be blocking outbound calls on port 80.

Hope this helps!

No problem - let us know if you still see an issue after having that checked out. The JR5 Marketplace is really new (just launched last Wednesday) so we anticipate there's likely to be some corner cases we need to look into, so we appreciate the report!

Thanks!
