Does the database and these tables still exist? Check via your cPanel and phpMyAdmin.
If so, check the /data/config/config.php file has the correct database username and password in it.

Sounds like your hosting provider might have lost your database - they should be able to assist you in restoring it from a backup.

Thanx for your response,I was hoping it might be an easy fix,as I'm a novice. I had a look in the cPanel, when i select the error items,'jraudio_item_key_' and 'jruser_item_key' from the tables list it says it doesn't exist !! As i said i've changed nothing.

Yep - that means your hosting provider needs to help you out, as your database has been deleted (and Jamroom cannot do that).

Hope this helps!

Turns out these items in the Server database had been deleted: 'jruser_item_key' and 'jraudio_item_key' . Server said I've got to reload the site, which will blank all data.
Is there anyway of recovering members details, which file are they stored in ? and how do i reload them ?
bear in mind I can't log in

All the members details are stored in the database. Usually Hosting provides take backups of your site for you. Unless you've downloaded the database anytime recently one of their backups is the best chance of not having to start again from the beginning.

Contact them and ask them to restore the latest backup version they have.
