solved Carousel Does Not Work.

Hello:
I need help here. The carousel does not work unless I actually login as a registered user.
Also Newest Artist does not work at all.

Please help me out.

Try turning of the ads to see if that helps, there seems to be errors generated from them.

Thanks Garymoncrieff for your input. I very highly appreciate it.

I turned off the Ads, but the carousel still did not load. The same old issue still exist; where a user have to login for the carousel to work. Also Newest Artist does not load.
Any body knows what else I can try to fix this?

It looks like you're based on Media Pro, and I'm not seeing any issues here while not logged in:

so it's got to be a setting or a customization that has thrown this off. Is your skin up to date with modifications based off the latest Media Pro?

I supposed I am using the latest version of all components. The system was installed on Friday with jamroom-core-5.2.19 and all licensed and free modules were installed directly from MarketPlace from within the admin panel.

In your skin settings have to enabled "Require Images"? Do you have profiles/songs that have images?

The Require Images is enabled. I have profile that has images.
The images showed in the carousel when a user log in and when admin logs in. This is the only time you can see the carousel working. But does not show when nobody logs

Then it sounds like Profile Privacy might be enabled. Go to ACP -> User Profiles -> Quota Config and make sure the "Default Profile Privacy" is set to global for all your quotas.

Then, modify a profile (click on the gear on their profile page in their profile name box) and make sure they have not set their profile to be private.

Thanks so much Brian, Garymoncrieff and all that have contributed to this issue. Yes the problem was on Profiles being set to private, but not the settings at ACP -> User Profiles -> Quota Config. This issue is resolved.
