Group discussion forum thread problem

Hi,

In our group discussions they clearly show that they have several replies but when you click in to view them, you can only view one of them ?

OK - now I know how to upload screen shots (doh) here they are :-

You can see several posts each saying that they have several replies but if you click into the top one all you see is one reply.
