Because I am moving my existing website to Jamroom I am adding artiles, lessons etc. as an admin under other profiles. But in Activity Timeline the link is constructed by admin's profile name instead of the original user. Then the link does not work normally.

As an admin when you create something on a profile that is NOT your home profile, not timeline entry is created. I don't see any issues with it here, but let me know if that is what you are seeing.
