I installed JR5 sometime ago but I'm having issues importing data from my JR4 site.
I have 4 quota's on my JR4 site(Admin,Artist,Fan(Members)&visitors).I set up the exact quota's on my JR5 site.
However, when I import from the JR4 site, all the data goes to one quota on the JR5 site(Admin). How should I set up the import module to correctly import the data?
The imported soundcloud music dos not show soundcloud by plays and soundcloud by ratings. The same goes for Youtube imports
Where could I be going wrong?

After creating your JR5 quotas to match those of JR4, run the JR5 Integrity Check then goto the jrImport Global Config page. You should see all the quotas with a text field next to each one. Enter the corresponding JR4 quota IDs in each field and save. Then import your artists, members and users.

Providing the JR5 jrRating module is installed and enabled, JR4 youtube and soundcloud ratings should be imported. The same goes for plays which should end up in the 'youtube_file_stream_count' and 'soundcloud_file_stream_count' fields.

Also make sure you're running the very latest JR (5.1.1) and not 5.0.2

Hope this helps!

Thanks for the tech support.Things worked out well.
However, for some reason, the soundcloud tracks were both imported as audio files and soundcloud files(I Could have missed a setting).I had to manually delete the soundcloud items from the audio databrowser as they could not play.

Regarding the soundcloud and youtube by plays,I had to edit the templates to get things going.

I have installed JR 5.1.1 and the templates show 'youtube_stream_count' and 'soundcloud_stream_count'.I changed them to 'youtube_file_stream_count' and 'soundcloud_file_stream_count' after I compared them to your earlier response.

Anyways...so far,so good

Not sure how soundcloud tracks could get imported as audio items as well as soundcloud items. Was the song import process run twice at all? Not that it should matter. If the import sees that an item already exists, it just gets updated and not 're-created'.
