Hello team.
We have the website r2rlive.com using jr4. We are upgrading to jr5 and for that we are using the subdomain dev5.r2rlive.com.
We purchased one of the packs from the market place.

In the new jr5 installation (dev5.r2rlive.com) I get an error when trying to install the modules that show "You have a license". I get the error "Invalid Token - please try again". I have tried again and again but keep getting the same message.

Please let me know what I need to do, thanks

What version of JR5 are you running on the site and when was it installed?

Thanks!

Okay that's good then - what page exactly do you see this on? Is it when trying to activate the module? In the Marketplace?

Thanks!

Yeah, I see it here:
http://dev5.r2rlive.com/marketplace/browse
Something else, the admin account Im using is not using the same email address that was used to purchase the modules.
Let me know if you would like some back end access to take a look at it: mcabrera [at] cinsay [dot] com

The marketplace doesn't use a token when just browsing - do you get the error when trying to install an item from the marketplace? If so, go ahead and send me your admin login info to brian [at] jamroom [dot] net and I can check it out - I'm out of here in 2 minutes though so I'll have to check it first thing in the AM.

Thanks!
