Been configuring this foxycart all day, not choosing to work

Error meesage when I add to cart: When adding a downloadable product to your cart, you must specify a downloadable product code.

What should I do please?

You don't want to use any "downloadable products" - make sure you have not configured that in your settings at foxycart.com.

hmmm, for the datafeed url and single sign on url do I need to put something in there?

Yes sir, I did follow the instructions. I put in the single sso - But I get the error when we click proceed to checkout - https://storeurl.foxycart.com/jamroom_url.com/store/sso?timestamp=1414834202&fcsid=04ska1rocv9d1c6hgacftdgmn3

Sounds like you might be seeing the same things as Ken here:

Double check your FoxyCart.com Store Version in the foxycart.com control panel - if it is set to "2.0" make sure the API Version in the JR FoxyCart module is also set to "2.0" and reset caches.

As for changing the product code you can't - that's used internally and cannot be changed.
