Album Downloads Working - File Downloads Not

In Audio Support > Global Config
both Block Album Downloads and Block File Downloads are unchecked.

However only Albums can be downloaded but not Files (both logged and non logged in users, aside from admin and item owner).

Any idea.

You have to enable the download button - when viewing the item list or details, click on the "configure these buttons" button (on the right) and make sure and enable the download button.

Under configure 'download audio button' is set as active and 'no group restrictions', no quotas are selected either. Still download button not showing.

You'll want to open a Support Center ticket so I can check this out on your site - I'm not seeing any issues with this on either of my test sites.
