I'm going to guess that the JR .htaccess file is NOT working on your server. Can you access any page on your site? Can you provide a link to your site so we can see from here?

Thanks!

OK - then it sounds like the profiles have been set to private:

1) View the profile and click on the gear icon in the right side of the profile name box
2) Make sure the "profile privacy" option is set to "Global - anyone" and save.
3) Go to ACP -> Profiles -> User Profiles -> Quota Config and make sure the "Default Profile Privacy" is set to "Global" and save. Do this for each Quota.

Hope this helps!

Are you running the latest version of the Core? Sounds like something is messed up, as you should not see that.

Are you running just the Core or do you have any additional add on modules enabled?

Thanks!

Can you let me know the additional modules that are enabled? There's a lot of modules and that will help me narrow down where the root cause might be.

Thanks!

The root cause is that you are running Proxima, and you did not check the "Enable User Profiles" in the Proxima Core global config. I checked that option and it is working.

Hope this helps!
