When I try to upload audio files using an IOS browser, I am only given the option to upload photos or videos; I cannot browse for a sound file. Android lets you upload any file.

Is this an iOS limitation, or is there a different upload control that can be used to allow someone to select a different file on iOS?

I don't have an iOS. When I try to upload a new audio file from the create or update screen on Firefox, I get the option for all file types, not just audio.

It must be a limitation of the iOS browser.

Have just tried on my iPad - yes, just photos and video.
Guess its an iOS limitation.

Yes this is an iOS limitation. There's no "general purpose" file system on iOS, so the iOS would have to have specific support for audio uploading.

No - iOS does not have a control for that.
