Good day, After installed this 2 modules, I made some tests.
Its working fine with foxycart. Therefore the purchased items and transactions arent appearing on seller profile (Payment and products menu). Also the "my items menu" (buyer) is empty.
Any sugestion ?

"My Items" is for digital items - not physical items, so you will not see anything in My Items for the merchandise store.

"Payments" should show up if you've give the Quota access to the FoxyCart module, and "Products" will show if you've given the Quota access to the Marchandise Store module, so double check the "Quota Config" tab in the ACP for each of those modules.

Hi

allowed on profile, Show My Files, Allow Sales, are all checked.
I made a real sale for test on merchandise store. The transaction was sucessufull but nothing appear at profle » Products » Product Sales menu.

So the "Product" profile menu item is showing on the profile, but the sale did not show in the product sales section?

I just did a test sale here and I am not seeing any issues. Double check that your FoxyCart is all configured properly, and that you are not running in Maintenance mode. Check your ACP -> Activitiy log after the sale - you should see an entry like this:

jrFoxyCart_webhook: processing transaction id: 404491173

and then followed by one like this:

added jrStore/1 to my items for user_id: 1

Let me know if you see those.

Very strange :(

Here is my settings:

Foxycart Ecommerce
API Key
Store Sub Domain URL - http://xmetalempirex.foxycart.com
Store Sub Domain - xmetalempirex
Payout Level Payment - 50.00
Clears System Profile ID - 7 days

The Modules Foxcat Ecommerce, Download Files, and Merchandise are all active.

THe tested real transaction appears at foxycart website:

Ter 23 Set 2014 11:29:24 WEST 404326109 test item 1,00 EUR Paulo Janela
But not on active log on the site.

Then that means you've not completed the FoxyCart setup - go into the "advanced" section on the FoxyCart website and make sure you have everything setup:

Datafeed URL: should be set to:

http://www.yourjamroomsite.com/foxycart/webhook

Single Sign On URL: should be set to:

http://www.yourjamroomsite.com/foxycart/sso

Customer Password Hash Type: should be set to:

"phpass, portable mode"

and the Customer Password Hash Config: set to "12".

Save your settings, then test again.

Make sure and replace "www.yourjamroomsite.com" with the actual URL to your Jamroom site.
