Foxycart Datafeed Failed

I'm getting this error message from foxycart:

DataFeed Failed: (399253431) 2014-09-18 00:59:41 No data returned for http://MYSTORE.MYSITE.com/foxycart/webhook [404]

My users said that they haven't received an email about their account information to login to download their purchases.

Any idea on how to fix this issue? Thanks.

You probably have the wrong URL in your FoxyCart datafeed config - it needs to point to YOUR site, not your FoxyCart URL - i.e. it needs to be:

http://yoursite.com/foxycart/webhook
