will the subscription module being used for this site being available for purchase? the unlock in certain amount of days depending on subscription is what I'm looking for

That's not part of the subscription module - that's part of the Marketplace backend. I think a generalized module for supporting something like that could be created though.

Basically what it is is that by quota you can define a "release delay" of X number of days, so your paid quotas have no release delay (0 days) while your unpaid quotas would have a delay.

Not sure how easy/hard that would be, since it would also require customizing templates, but it's probably doable.

It might be released someday, but it's not what you would want unless your goal is to provide a licensing backend for the Jamroom markeplace module. If released it would be part of a bundle designed to help software developers sell their items online.
