Audio Conversion not working for custom module

when I am creating a new song then queue entry of 'jr_jrcore_queue' table is automatically deleted from database, Audio Conversion not working and I am getting below mentioned error in activity log:
Error: [artist three]: item_id does not exist for queue entry: 80

Your topic title suggests a custom module so can you give more information on what you are doing and how you are trying to use the audio conversion in a custom module?

I have just copied the jrAudio module and created our custom module with exra fields.

Could you have not used the Form Designer in the jrAudio module to create the extra fields you need?
