Profiles created using the OneAll module are not showing in the list of all profiles in my site, in new profiles etc, I have changed the signup validation to "instant" but still no luck, did I miss something?

This is a fresh install and I'm using the Elastic Skin.

You might check that the require images box isn't checked in your ACP > Skin Settings

Hope this helps,
Douglas

I can't find the "require images box" in the ACP>Skin Settings, and I have uploaded a picture for at least one profile created using OneAll and it doesn't show either.

I think I might know what the problem is, I created a new quota, and that profile created with the OneAll module is in that new quota, isn't it possible to display all profiles regardless of what quota they are in?

They should all display, did you reset the cache via ACP > System Tools > Reset Cache?

Yeah I did Douglas, but in the main page where it shows the "Newest Profiles", it doesn't show all the profiles in all quotas.

Do you have a link we can check out?

Thanks!

Sure, this profile was created with OneAll, http://www.soabem.com/eddy_costa, it's in the new quota, but it doesn't show in the "Newest Profiles" http://soabem.com/profile.

What happens if you do something on the eddy_costa profile? Anything at all? Like create a blog post, or follow another profile.

There is an obvious difference between the eddy_costa profile and the other two: there is absolutely nothing to show on the eddy_costa profile.

Probably not a solution, it's just a guess, but seems worth a try.

Have you logged in as that profile user? Maybe the profile isn't active yet?

Can you send us your admin login info so we can check it out?

Send it to douglas[at]jamroom[dot]net

It'll most likely be in the morning before I can look at it, I'm about to head out of the office.

Thanks!

SteveX, yeah I cleaned it out but I can do everything on it.

What I meant was: maybe it isn't listing because there is nothing at all to list (apart from a profile pic).

That was the obvious thing which was different to the other two profiles, they both had something to list.

That is the oddest thing... I'm not sure why its not being listed on the profiles page or the index page.

Can you install the developers module so I can check out the database?

Thanks!

The profile was not active, therefore it wouldn't show in the list.

I changed it in your database in the jr_jrprofile_item_key > _item_id 5 > profile_active table and it is showing in the list now.

Hope this helps,
Douglas

We use OneAll here on Jamroom.net, and have had almost 100 users sign up using it, and I've never seen it not "activate" a user. Do you have the quota they are being placed in set to "admin approve" on signup?

No, all quotas are on auto approve Douglas, but by all means please have a look as you understand a lot more than me.

I just went to my site and now I can see the eddy costa profile in the front, not sure how you did it, but thanks :).
