like/unlike limit

I noticed after I unlike something, i can't like it again. I get a page popup error that says "you already liked/disliked this item" Is this by design? If so is it timed?

It seems like you should be able to like/unlike as much as you want and it shouldn't increase the count since you reduce the count when you unlike.

I believe that is by design. However, in the rating module we allow re-rating (can be enabled by admin) so not sure why it was not setup in this module, but we can check it out.

I notice that also with the popup...I thought that's how it was done..not able to like again..it does make sense to add again if you dislike and itemmm...but can I add another situation to this post..the count isn't showing on my site unless you like an item...then it disappears when you go away from the page ..if ever you go back to the page..there no count. ..I don't have the like on a module page its on a custom page in my skin

Yeah, I think it should work like that too.

I'll fix this up now.

click = like
click again = unlike
click again = like
click again = unlike
