Welcome to the Jamroom forum!

It's not 100% clear what you're asking - each "license" (for licensed modules and skins) allows installing on up to 2 servers - you can't get a refund for the unused license if you are only using 1.

If you're asking if you can get a refund, we can usually do that - we'd just like the chance to find out why you want a refund, and what the reason is, and we'd like to fix it if it is something in our control.
