download problems

Hi there we have a problem with downloads on our site. Customer's have been downloading the album but only received one track I know what their doing wrong and I'm in the process of putting a video up to rectify this but we still need to send them the album, can I do this in from the site.

No - they will just need to redownload the album, or you will need to do it manually by zipping the files up on your own system and sending it to them. If the problem is that you are using the new "download album" feature from the audio module, you can modify any song in the album (just modify it then save, no changes needed) and it will reset the album cache and allow the ZIP file to be rebuilt.

This works Mick as long as you are fully updated.
As Brian said you need to just edit ONE song off the album ( just open it and save it again )

Have just set up test accounts in 'sandbox' paypal,what details do I need to send to you,so you can test?
cause theres a lotta details...do you need the personal and business?
Then I can mail them to you now at support@jamroom,
