solved i cant get item to appear in foxycart

hello again im getting there slowly but surely .when i click on add to cart the pop up comes up but there is no item in side the cart tried different ways but i still cant get it to work

Make sure your Foxycart account "Required Store Configuration" are all complete, you'll see it on the right when you first login to your account.

The number one issue with setting everything up in FoxyCart is not having the API keys setup properly in the ACP -> FoxyCart eCommerce -> Global Config section. Double check that you've entered the API keys properly as found in the foxycrt "advanced" section in their control panel.

Let me know if that helps. We run Foxycart here on Jamroom.net, and it works great, but it does have quite a few settings that all have to be correct for it to work properly.

You should be set - I responded to the support ticket, but thought I would follow up here as well:

1) I fixed your Foxycart settings in the FoxyCart control panel - most of the URLs were wrong (they did not include the proper paths to the foxycart module on your site)

2) The add to cart "item detail button" had been modified so it only showed to users in the "adim" quota - I made it visible to everyone

3) You still had the PayPal module active - you want to deactivate that when you switch to foxycart.

You should be all set.
