I fixed the template but everything is blank. How can I reset my chase manually if I can't get into the admin screens?

If you fixed the template, you should be able to get in (a template that bombs due to a template error will not be cached).

If you need to however, you can log in via FTP and delete the contents of the following directories:

data/cache/jrCore
data/cache/activeSkin (i.e. "jrElastic").
